Olga Milobedzki
PRESIDENT & CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Olga Milobedzki brings more than 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine to her role as President and Chief Commercial Officer at SMP Pharmacy. She began her career at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she held progressive roles across sales, marketing, and leadership. Throughout her career, Olga has been dedicated to introducing innovative fertility therapies and fostering meaningful partnerships with reproductive endocrinologists and fertility clinics across the nation.
Driven by a deep commitment to improving access to care, Olga focuses on enhancing every stage of the fertility patient journey. Recognized for her strategic vision and relationship-driven leadership, she has been instrumental in guiding SMP Pharmacy’s national expansion and success.
In her current role, Olga oversees SMP’s commercial strategy and growth initiatives, advancing the company’s footprint through innovative programming and collaborative partnerships that strengthen the fertility care ecosystem.
Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Medardo Lacayo
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Medardo is a highly accomplished IT executive with over 16 years of experience in healthcare. At SMP, he leads technology roadmap planning and execution, driven by his passion for improving people’s lives. Holding a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, an MBA from the University of Miami, and numerous certifications, Medardo combines strong business acumen with technical expertise to deliver long-term, scalable, and integrated enterprise solutions.
Jenny Alfonso

After graduating Nova Southeastern University, Jenny became a certified specialty pharmacist, with a predominant specialty in fertility and IVF. Jenny understands the importance of walking alongside each and every patient to ensure the best possible outcome, by facilitating their medications and usage during their individual journey.
