Drug Class: GNRH Antagonist

(Gonadotropin- releasing hormone antagonist) (Cetrorelix acetate for injection) is indicated for the inhibition of premature LH surges in women undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation.

Drug Class: HMG

(Menotropins for injection) is a highly purified preparation of naturally derived gonadotropins, called hMG. It helps stimulate egg production which helps the eggs mature.

Drug Class: HCG

(Chorionic Gonadotropin for injection) is a human chorionic (hCG) that is used to stimulate egg release (ovulation) in the infertile woman who has not ovulated.

Choriogonadotropin alfa for injection) contains the hCG hormone that makes the eggs finish maturing and then be released.

Leuprolide is a gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist. It reduces the amount
of hormone that stimulates ovulation in women undergoing controlled ovarian
stimulation

Cetrotide® Rebate Form Instructions

Due to a nationwide shortage, drug manufacturer EMD Serono is providing a rebate of $200 for all patients that had to use an alternative to the drug, Cetrotide®, between 8/1/2022 – 9/30/22. To take advantage of this rebate program, please see qualifications and next steps below.

Eligibility Requirements: 

  • You are a self-pay patient
  • Prescribed and purchased minimum of 1500IUs Gonal-f®
  • Prescribed and purchased minimum of 4 units of Fyremadel® or Ganirelix.
  • Purchase date between 8/1/2022 and 10/31/2022.

EMD Serono will be accepting applications through 12/31/2022 for patients who made eligible purchases during 8/1/2022 – 10/31/2022.
