Over the past few years SMP has seen explosive growth and we are looking for Business Development Executives and Sales Leaders to support the demands of our growing business.

Partnership Manager Responsibilities Include

  • Call on physicians, nurses, financial counselors, and practice directors, to effectively deliver the SMP value proposition and grow sales.
  • Organize the territory to ensure appropriate reach and frequency on identified targets
  • Build key customer relationships, identify individual needs, create account plans that satisfy identified key drivers.
  • Effectively communicate how SMP Pharmacy services, support, and resources, meet the needs of fertility HCP’s and their patients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives
  • Understand our product portfolio and how to position with customers
  • Demonstrate effective presentation skills that deliver solutions and drive increased sales.
  • Regularly update customer profiles, your activity, and key learnings in your CRM.
  • Efficiently manage the territory T&E budget
  • Working in partnership with SMP leadership and your internal support team, and manufacturer partners, to ensure we are serving our customers at the highest level.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the Fertility community through live and online channels (LinkedIn, Instagram etc)

Qualifications

  • Business Development Executive – Minimum of 4 years’ experience in healthcare sales with a proven track record of success. Reproductive Health experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Address customer issues creatively to improve performance and strengthen relationships.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with clinic staff at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action.
  • Highly effective organizational skills to manage a large geography and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and virtual presentations.
